Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

We ship to addresses in the United States, and standard shipping is always free.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

After processing, most orders arrive within about 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy seasons, bad weather or carrier delays.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after you receive it.

Multiple pairs

If you order more than one pair, your gloves may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Shipping address

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we can update it only before the order ships.

Lost or late packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us and we'll reship or refund it. See our Refund Policy for details.
