Each pair comes with a USB split cable. The two small connectors plug into the cuffs and the USB end plugs into any USB port: a laptop, power bank, wall adapter or car charger. A power bank isn't included.
How long does the heat last?
As long as they're plugged in. On the go, run time depends on the size of your power bank. At a desk or in the car, they'll stay warm all day.
Can I use my phone with them on?
Yes. The thumb and index fingertips are touchscreen-compatible, and the silicone palm grip helps keep your phone from slipping.
